Bar & Bat Mitzvah Class this Sunday - 9-11:30am at the AHC
MADSEM! So excited to be starting Madsem this Sunday! Hoping and praying we get our Aussie mads but, until then, just as excited to have our fabulous Kiwi mads on board, preparing for the most fun camp yet! We will be spending the week at the AHC and joining with Kadimah for Tfilah and Ruach dancing everyday at 3pm!

Women’s Pilates
On a cold and wet Thursday night, many of the amazing women in this community came in to the AHC and joined the fun.
We started off with Pilates taught by an amazing personal trainer who specialises in strength, core and balance. She got us all warmed up and after some tough exercises we enjoyed a homemade light dinner of soup, salads, bread and muesli cups.
It was really special seeing women come together to just enjoy each other’s company. Some were new faces who, after a couple of minutes, felt comfortable and welcomed. Instead of tables and chairs, everyone grabbed a plate and sat together on the floor. One circle of so many amazing woman. Here’s to many more!
Mazal Tov Sacha!
This past Friday night we had the privilege of attending Sacha’s wonderful Bat Mitzvah and enjoying her sweet, happy and bubbly personality. Sacha is one of this year’s Bat Mitzvah group and we are so lucky to have her in our group.

Hebrew Club
This week we worked on identifying Hebrew letters and trying to figure out the meaning of the different words by focusing on the associations created in our head. The kids were surprised to discover they know more than they think they do!
We had some fun competitions and lots of Hebrew! Looking forward to the next class :)
The Ambassador visits Auckland
Just as we thought we had all upcoming events sorted we discovered we needed to plan for another one, with only four days to do so! We felt very privileged to have the Ambassador visiting Auckland and specifically requesting a ‘get together’ with all organizers of the Israel support rally in May. It was an intimate, fun evening with many friends and supporters of Israel. Thanks to the Deli we had a light dinner and a warm atmosphere. May we always have friends and supporters to work with, not only in times of crisis, but in times of peace and happiness.
Camp PREP!
A reminder about the one and only Winter Camp coming your way!! Sunday July 11th we start the chaos (aka ‘the time of our life’), and grab all the fantastic Chanichim for a few days of craziness. The week has been planned to its fullest with amazing initiatives, creativity and knowledge. This past Tuesday we gathered for some extra training and preparation. We are so proud to be part of the working team and can’t wait to see what Reuben and Josh have up their sleeves :) See all you Chanichim VERY SOON!
