GOOD NEWS: Women’s workouts ARE BACK!

Due to high demand, our Women’s Workouts are coming back!! We will meet once a week, every Monday morning at 8:45 AM on zoom. Looking forward to seeing you all there, new faces welcome too!

Young Adults Celebrate Chanukah!

We were so excited to see such a great group of young adults join us this week! Together we celebrated Chanukah, caught up, played some soccer, lit Chanukah candles and sang traditional Chanukah songs. It was loads of fun and thanks to the Deli we had yummy bagels, latkes and Sufganiyot!

Last Week’s Kabbalat Shabbat

It was such a great Kabbalt Shabbat with loads of laughing thanks to Deb and lots of spiritual singing thanks to Pdaya. We hope you all enjoyed and felt a connection to the community, Chanukah and Shabbat, all at once.

Shabbat Hosting

Now we can, we’re so excited to be able to host again and had a great lunch last Shabbat. We would love to have YOU over! Please send us an email or a text if you would like to spend a Shabbat meal with us :) We would be more than happy to share quality time with a wide range of our wonderful community members.

Chanukah Carnival at the AHC

Thank you to all those who came along to last Sunday’s celebration of Chanukah! It was wonderful celebrating together as a community and seeing all the little ones enjoying the treats, food, bouncy castle, games and magician. We loved being together and hope to see you at the next celebration!

CAMP PREPERATIONS!

We are so excited to be just a minute away from camp!! With SO MUCH hard work done by the camp leaders, we guarantee this year’s summer camp will be UNFORGETTABLE!! We can’t wait to see all your little ones living it up and are looking forward to creating new memories to hold on to until the next time. MADSEM here we come!!

REMINDER: BNEI AKIVA SUMMER CAMP 2021

Dear Parents and Supporters,

Bnei Akiva New Zealand & Habonim Dror Aotearoa New Zealand are committed to prioritising the health & safety of our chanichim, madrichim and wider community as we run our camps this summer.

As part of our commitment to creating covid-safe environments, both of our movements have made the decision to require everyone who is 12 and over to be double vaccinated in order to attend our camps.

All of our madrichim are on their way to being fully vaccinated by camp.

We will soon be advising parents of the exact policies and requirements for Bnei camp, including for those who turn 12 shortly before camp, and for children with medical conditions that exempt them from vaccination.
