Bar & Bat Mitzvah Class Celebrates Yom Yerushaliam

DIY Western Wall-Kotel now in Auckland!
This week’s Bar & Bat Mitzvah class focused on the meaning of individual prayer, how to work as a team and what the Western Wall-Kotel means to the Jewish people. We worked as a team building it stone by stone (box by box), wrote down our own personal wishes/requests/prayers and spoke about how fortunate we are to be able to celebrate Yom Yerushaliam together.
The DIY Kotel is now serving Kadimah students who have been encouraging to write down their prayers and put them in our Auckland Kotel. We only hope to soon be putting in all prayers and requests at the true Kotel in Jerusalem. L’eshana Haba B‘Yerushaliam!

Hope to see you all at our upcoming events!
Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom & Chag Shavuot Sameach <3
