Purim Party at the AHC

We had a blast celebrating with the community at the AHC last Thursday!
Thank you Sam and Claudio for organizing a delicious BBQ, and here’s to many more community celebrations together!

Kadimah Purim Party

It’s always rewarding to be part of strengthening relationships within the Jewish community. The relationship between Kadimah and BA is one we are working on constantly.
This year’s Purim festival at Kadimah was one to remember, with loads of energy, noise and excitement. It had all the kids running around a “fun station” rotation.
Thank you to the Jewish studies team at Kadimah for a great and productive relationship and thank you to BA for joining in the fun and helping us run this event.

Mazal Tov Theo!

We were so excited Theo was able to celebrate his BM right after lockdown and apparently, right before another one!
With such a sweet personality and a huge heart, we enjoyed watching Theo sing away and read his Parasha with such grace and comfort.
We feel so lucky to be part of the “Derech” all the BM students go through on this meaningful year.
Mazal Tov to the Koninghams and all relatives.
May we celebrate many more Smachot together.

Lonely Pizzas Await Purim Party

As part of the Purim committee we were aware of all the fun planned and couldn’t have been more bummed to learn the Party was cancelled due to level 3.
We prepared Kosher pizza and know have a freezer full of pizza bases which we’ll have for lunch, every day, for a good few weeks.
We are hoping to be able to celebrate the upcoming holidays together and then we can share some homemade pizza too :)

Tfilah with Kadimah

Although level 3 caught us off guard, we are continuing our mornings with the great kids at Kadimah to ensure we don’t miss out on fun and uplifting Tfillah.
Looking forward to be together in person again :)

Women of the community working out together!

Lockdown is not getting us down!
It has been a pleasure working out this week with a group of amazing, strong women every morning.
Instead of letting our bodies suffer from less movement, we are moving, sweating and getting our heart rates high!
It’s been so satisfying seeing all these women sign on and join me.
”This workout does so much for my body and soul but mostly it helps me feel connected during these strange times.”
I’m grateful to you women for joining me and for giving me the feedback you do.
