Shabbat Mishpatim
Tu BiShvat Celebrations 🌼🌲
We started the day with a Tu BiShvat Seder with the sweet preschoolers, learning about the different Brachot we pray over food and enjoying yummy fruit!
Roni then told the kids a wonderful story in Hebrew about Tu BiShvat and the kids later made their own “Rosh Deshe”- the grass heads in cups that you can see in the photos :)
Later, we went to Kadimah’s garden with the preschoolers and planted 3 new Etrog (citrus) trees, along with the leaders of the school’s Enviro team- Eva, Alfie and Tommy.
Later that day, we had a fun activity outside with Kadimah students, enjoying Tu BiShvat music and making “Rosh Deshe” with all students, along with the amazing Hebrew and Jewish Studies teachers :)
Volunteers Appreciation Kiddush
On Friday, we held a special Tu BiShvat Kiddush, honoring all community volunteers of 2024 for the dedication and love they bring into the community.
We appreciate you and your contribution and thank you for the time and effort you put into making this community as great as it is. 🤍
Bar & Bat Mitzvah class ✨
