Shabbat Bereshit

Bar & Bat Mitzvah class - Brunch in the Sukkah!

On Sunday, we had a special and festive service with our BM kids and families, along with community members who joined to celebrate the holiday with us.
We shook the Lulav and Etrog, did Hosha’anot and sang the beautiful songs of the Hallel prayer, led by Rabbi Rube.

After the service, we enjoyed a light brunch in the Sukkah, followed by a short session about the importance of the four species, and how they are related to us, to our wish and mission of unity.

Celebrating Sukkot with Kadimah preschool :)

On Tuesday, the sweet preschool kids came to the AHC Sukkah and enjoyed their morning tea snacks.

We joined the kids and explained about the Lulav and Etrog with the help of Tomer who was the first one to show how it’s done! Ariel then helped all the kids to shake the four species on their own!
