Bar & Bat Mitzvah Students Celebrate their Graduation

This Sunday was a special Sunday for many of our students and their families. After a year long of fun, deep, complicated, new and eye-opening studies, the Bar & Bat Mitzvah group has officially graduated!
It was a challenge at first, as with every group, to find a level which worked for all. Every student comes with a different amount of knowledge, experience and motivation. It is our job to find common ground for all and make classes challenging enough for some yet not too challenging for others.
We enjoyed getting to know each and every one of our students and LOVED celebrating their success this past Sunday.

HEBREW CLUB DISCOVERS CHANUKAH

This week the Hebrew club learnt about Chanukah and what the holiday is. they discussed the story behind it, the different traditions and learnt (in Hebrew) how to say the most important Chanukah traditions such as “Sufganiyot”, “Levivot”, “Chanukiyah” and more.
We had a blast playing some Chanukah games and learning about this fun holiday coming up.

Refuah Shlema to all community members feeling sick or needing extra care. Know we are thinking of you all and missing seeing your faces in our community!

Wishing you all a Shabbat Shalom,
The Fogels

If you haven’t joined the community’s WhatsApp group to be updated about all the upcoming events, youth activities, Shabbat programmes, bravery notices and more - now’s the time!!
