Delicious and Technical

I was in Invercargill this week working with a new Kosher Kiwi client with delicious food and interesting technical challenges in their production line. It was the first time I needed to do a night visit to a factory in order to support them to become Kosher compliant. Over two days we were able to problem solve together to enable them to join our Kosher Kiwi client list.

Kadimah’s New After-School Programme Delivers Jewish Content

It was as pleasure to visit the Kadimah after-school care. Here the children are acting out the falling walls of Jericho. AHC regulars Vinita, Sofia and Yedidya are managing and staffing the programme which is open to Kadimah and non-Kadimah students.

Having a (Shofar) Blast with Kadimah

Every year the students of Kadimah come together to hear the blasts of Shofar during Elul at their morning T’fillah. This year, under 2.5 restrictions, we had to get creative in order to reach all the students.

I had been going to individual classes, when Marti had a brilliant idea to use the architecture of the Shul and School for the students to be able to remain in their classroom bubbles and still be united hearing the Shofar across three floors of the building!

If you would like to hear the full series of Rosh Hashanah blasts, you can click on the link below.
